Hi my name is Claire and a friend told me about Punch Boxing for Fitness and asked me to come in and try a free boxing class. I hesitated a little because I always thought boxing was only a contact sport and I did not want to hit anyone or get hit. I decided to try a class and OMG, I love it. It is not at all what I thought. It is an amazing workout and I have seen results in just 3 months. The classes are fun, energetic and you don't get bored like at regular health clubs. Before I joined Punch Boxing for Fitness I was working out at a gym by myself and not seeing any results. I was having a really hard time motivating myself and was not working out to my full potential. But I joined Punch Boxing Tampa and now have a completely different outlook on working out. I actually enjoy going to the classes, which is something I have never experienced. Another great thing about Punch Boxing is it is like having a personal trainer at every workout. They push and motivate you the whole hour you are there and give you detailed instructions. The classes go by so quickly and I really enjoy the work outs. It's so different than going to a boring gym and working out by yourself. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone! I have only been at Punch Boxing on Waters Ave. for a month and a half and have already convinced three friends to join!
